Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy Cancellation must be received at least two (2) hours prior to pick-up time. The full airport rate will be charged if cancellation notice is not received two (2) hours prior to pick-up time. All deposits for weddings and charters are non-refundable.
Waiting Time If a customer is late for his/her pick-up time, waiting time will be charged after the first 15 minutes. Customer must contact office if they are going to be late more than 15 minutes. Waiting will then be determined at $15.00 for every 15 minutes.
Lost and Found We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Any lost items will be returned if found by the driver. Please be aware of your personal property at all times.
Client Agreement and/or Liability Client agrees that there will be no smoking unless driver gives permission. Client agrees that no illegal drugs are consumed in out vehicles. Client is responsible for damages to our vehicles committed by his/her party during the time of service, whether it was willfully done or it was done by accident.
